Riley found her path to LCB as a way to get more involved in the behind the scenes action of a building company. She went to school at Lyndon State college and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management for Music and Arts, with a double concentration in Management and Self Promotion.

Growing up, Riley was always a self-starter for all sorts of projects.  From planning and coordinating local and school events, to building a two story treehouse at age 13! What drew her into LCB was the opportunity to be a part of a company whose morals fit their own, as well as the opportunity to be a part of the operations of a construction company.

Riley was born in Minot, North Dakota, but sees themself as a true Vermonter as she moved to Newbury, VT when she was only 6 months old. Living now in Winooski with her partner Grey, dog and cat (Shelby and Leia) she chose this state as home for its beauty, charm, and friendly people! Being involved heavily in the local music scene, she is the drummer of two local bands (Vallory Falls and We’re Here! To Kill), and has been drumming for over 13 years! She is also the booking agent at the local DIY community venue Odd Fellows, and has hobbies in biking, swimming, hiking, and urban exploration.
