As Human Resources Manager, Casey’s mission is to advocate for our team, support each individual, and bring people together. Empathy is her driving force and she aims to help people feel welcome and supported from day-one. Casey has special abilities when it comes to being able to 'read the room', to know when someone is having a tough time, and to respond quickly to any situation with warmth, practicality, and potential solutions. Casey is always willing to jump in and offer thoughtful, individualized support.

Casey is inspired by people and progress. Being part of an organization that values its culture and team gives her a consistent dose of inspiration. Casey values the environment at Lewis Creek that makes room to celebrate our successes without becoming complacent and to face challenges without forgetting we are all human. Being part of a company that is thinking about what is next, what is impactful, and what will help us continue to strengthen our team and what we proudly offer them in exchange for their time and commitment is a huge motivator for Casey.

Casey was born and raised in Vermont, she loves the changing seasons, the cheese selections, and a Lake Champlain sunset. She's happily in her mom era, keeping busy with her partner and two small kids.

People are often surprised to find out that Casey used to spend summers selling smoothies, arepas, and burritos for a traveling festival vendor. She’s worked Bonnaroo, Mountain Jam, Tall Ship Festivals, Phish, and more!
