Alaina Cioffi
PROJECT ADVISOR
She/Her
Throughout her career, Alaina has always brought a passion for helping others learn, thrive, and achieve their goals. As a Project Advisor, Alaina is responsible for consulting with prospective clients about their projects, and if partnering with Lewis Creek is the right fit, stewarding them through our Design-Build process. Alaina’s background in education informs her approach to consulting with prospective clients and building partnerships based on clear goals and shared understanding. Alaina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master of Arts in Teaching. She has been a middle school teacher and a financial planner, and comes to LCB from a role as the Director of Sales for a math curriculum company.
Bringing her experience in sales and consulting with clients on complex projects to the construction industry has been exciting and she takes great joy in seeing projects come to life. Alaina has always enjoyed and admired interior and architectural design, and loves that there is always something new to learn in the industry. She finds connecting homeowners to the creativity and expertise of the LCB Design-Build team to be incredibly rewarding.
After growing up in Vermont, Alaina found it hard to imagine not raising her kids here, so that's what she’s doing! She is also parent to a scruffy dog named Willow and two cats, Miss Meowsers and Ziggy. Alaina loves her community and the ample opportunities in VT for family outdoor adventures, in all seasons. Alaina is an avid reader and always has a book or two going - one hard copy and one audio. In the warmer months, she can be found expanding, weeding, or watering her gardens. Most importantly, she is a HUGE fan of U10 soccer and her son’s 4th-grade basketball team, so sports spectating takes up lots of her free time!
Did you know?
Alaina’s nickname is DJ, bestowed to her after a very brief stint being in charge of music at a party in college.
Once, Alaina guessed the correct number of jelly beans in a jar at the library. While she no longer remembers what the prize was, she still brags about it to this day.
Alaina’s guilty pleasure is cheese. But should anyone really feel guilty about that?
