Zech has a professional background in architectural design and millwork, with a depth of experience in custom cabinetry. He is drawn to the design-build world because of the historic architecture that he sometimes gets works with and the fulfillment of bringing new life to older homes. Zech is passionate about creating balanced spaces that feel both graceful and functional.

Zech is originally from Arkansas and now lives in Vermont with his partner Samantha and their daughter, James. He specifically loves Vermont because of all four beautiful seasons. When Zech is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially being part of his daughter’s development. He also enjoys fabricating high performance steel and titanium bicycles when time allows.
