Amy Judd
After completing studies at UVM Amy fell in love with carpentry while taking a class at Vermont Works for Women. She’s been going strong ever since. After running her own business for six years, she and her friend Mark decided to join forces, creating Lewis Creek Builders.
“I believe a person’s home is an expression of who they are. To be invited into someone’s home with the intention of improving upon the space is both an honor and a responsibility that I treat with the utmost care and respect.”
Combining her love of carpentry with her love of teaching, Amy stays busy in the community teaching carpentry classes to women and girls.
Mark Boudreau
I grew up in a Champlain Valley family of tradespeople–carpenters, masons and steel workers. I started working at the age of 11 on a North Country dairy farm and worked extensively in the construction trades through those school years. After undergraduate and graduate studies I worked in managing both non-profit and for-profit social enterprises. In 2001 I shifted my part-time “hands-on” activities of construction and woodworking to a full-time profession. I have a broad and deep portfolio in both new residential construction and remodeling. I am a devoted educator who loves to see others gain confidence through the powerful vehicle of working “hands-on”. I am a passionate learner with a big appetite to develop my own skills and knowledge in order to serve others. I am a deeply committed father and husband
