2. Educate individuals and groups in learning the many crafts associated with home construction, home renovation and do- it- yourself home projects.

We are a team of partners who are virtually all women coming from a variety of backgrounds with rigorous training and experience in our trades.
We have an abiding respect for the traditions and craft of home building. This pride of craft is infused in every aspect of our work. We use the latest techniques and technologies to achieve maximum efficiency, comfort and affordability. Our work reflects our deep concern for environmental stewardship and sustainable living and as such should last for generations.

2. Education. With backgrounds as professional educators we are inspired by helping people gain confidence and skills in working on their own homes. We offer a variety of educational programs and workshops to give you the total confidence to “do it yourself”
3. Home weatherization analysis and energy retrofits. We can make your home more comfortable and less expensive to heat and cool. We have nationally certified professionals who perform whole-house energy audits as well as building envelope performance and heating system analysis. We are partnered with Efficiency Vermont and by extension with the US Department of Energy’s Energy Star Program for home performance.
